To be perfectly honest, even those who like a bit of modern classical music can find this album pleasant. The music is very fitting of the game its meant for, in tone, feel, and tranquility. I've personally fallen in love with Frozen Tears; piano music is a weakness of mine, and this hits home perfectly. The low number of tracks, considering the quality of these tracks, is very fair for the price point. This music in general is great to have playing while studying, writing an article (for which I find it most useful), or simply sitting back to enjoy some good tunes after work. Just like its parent game, I'd absolutely recommend buying this album.. Well I dunno what the game itself is like, but this DLC certainly offers a whole lotta soundtrack and a whole lotta variety for a measly dollar. Seventeen tracks, spanning all manner of genres and moods, and a wee bit of "I'm sure I've heard this tune somewhere before" deja vu for those of us well-versed in our 70s and 80s synth-pop music (still trying to place that other one, but I know a variant on a Pet Shop Boys song when I hear one)! Even if you buy this AND the game, just to get the soundtrack, the price is still pretty reasonable. What's three bucks, for ♥♥♥♥'s sake? And who knows, maybe you could even try the game itself out some day. Stranger things have certainly happened, even in my topsy-turvy approximation of a "regular" life. (Man, I'm a freakin' weirdo.)Verdict: 8/10.. You know when the soundtrack costs more then the game, that it is amazing.. Nice background music while doing other things.. Not much to say is there? If you wanna further support these guys on this great game, get the soundtrack!Other than that, I do have to say the songs did make a great first impression of the mystical tower of Camera Obscura. Not much comes of the music (and story) until the last level, but that's just where the gameplay makes up for it, instead.. best game ever !!
